Our standard
This site is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That includes color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, meaningful alternative text for images, semantic headings and landmarks, captions or transcripts for audio and video where we control the source, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Languages
Our May community presentations are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Arabic, and several of our school psychologists serve families citywide in those languages as well as Cantonese and Mandarin. Translated versions of key pages are planned for the WordPress launch of this site.

Many of our fact sheets and reports are PDFs. If you need any document in an alternative format, contact us and we will provide it.
