Staffing, year-end service data across all three tiers, fall 2025 screening results by informant, partnership outcomes, the BHS Research Team's first year, and about $1.44 million in combined funding for the 2025–26 school year.

Recognized for excellence in counseling progress monitoring and for building a department resource of counseling interventions, with go-to options for tracking progress.

In May 2026, Behavioral Health Services and its partners held more than 75 mental health events reaching more than 19,000 students, screened more than 3,400 additional students, and offered community presentations in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Arabic.

Behavioral Health Services has received Exemplary Recognition from the National Association of School Psychologists for outstanding school psychological services. Only four districts in the country hold this status.

Each November we join schools across the country to highlight the role of school psychologists in promoting student success. The 2024 theme was Spark Discovery.

In its first year the fund supported eight school psychologists and trainees attending national conferences, honoring a colleague named School Psychologist of the Year in 1993.
